technicians at a security firm in israel are testing a new scanner that turns rodents into biocensors. workers say they can train the animals to use sharp senses of smell. load to the side of the scanner. blow air past the test subjects toward the mice. if the mice sense a suspicious odor they supposedly scatter into a corner triggering an alarm.
